To foster within the general public a more positive image of Thoroughbred horses and the Thoroughbred industry through rehabilitation, retraining, education, public awareness, adoption, and by serving as a Center of Excellence for Thoroughbreds.
Our Mission
To operate a Center of Excellence for Thoroughbred horses when their racing careers is over.
To provide quality rehabilitation and retraining through inividualized plans tailored to each horse.
To work with potential owners-adopters to pair each horse and owner and facilitate good matches.
To coordinate and work with other organizations in support of their efforts to purchase, support, rehabilitate, and retrain Thoroughbreds for a quality second career.
